Hyundai Creta - a compact crossover, the production of which started in mid-2014. Initially, the model was designed for the Chinese market, where it is produced under the name ix25, but in the summer of 2015 appeared a car of Indian localization, and by the fall of the same year, the five-door was on the conveyor of the Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus plant in St. Petersburg. Compared to the Chinese “relative”, the Crete has a recalibrated suspension and steering gear, engine parameters have been changed to take into account cold winters, ground clearance has been increased from 183 to 190 mm, a 68 Ah battery has been installed, additional anti-corrosion treatment of the body has been carried out, and older trim levels have been added warm options.
In the interior trim of the Hyundai Creta, mostly hard plastic is used, but even in the basic configuration, the media system control keys are duplicated on the steering wheel, the front seats are heated, the driver's seat can be adjusted to suit you in height, and in the trunk there is a tray for "small things" and hooks for the net . The crossover of the Korean brand can be front- or all-wheel drive. The front suspension in both cases is the same - MacPherson type, but the rear is different. On single-drive versions, there is a multi-link at the rear, on modifications with the 4WD index, a torsion beam. There are differences in the power steering: on the basic versions it is hydraulic, and in the older ones it is electric. The choice of engines is also limited to two petrol options: 1.6 MPI (123 hp, 150 Nm) and 2.0 MPI (149 hp, 192 Nm). Gearboxes: six-speed "mechanics" and "automatic" of the same range. The most economical car - with a 1.6 engine, manual transmission and front-wheel drive - according to the passport consumes 9 liters of fuel per 100 km in the urban cycle and 5.8 l / 100 km in the country.
