Hyundai i10 - the second generation of the A-class front-wheel drive hatchback, which does not intend to observe class equality on all fronts, from dimensions to equipment. So, compared to its predecessor, the i10 has become longer by 80 mm (3665) and wider by 65 mm (1660). The wheelbase at the same time increased by 5 mm (2385). Trunk volume, according to the company, the city kid and does the largest in the segment - 252 liters in the normal state and 1,046 liters with the rear seats folded down.

But the most important thing is that Hyundai decided not to limit itself to working on useful volumes, but also turned its attention to the appearance and the level of equipment of the car, which were worked on in Germany. Thanks to this, the slightly featureless design of the previous generation has given way to a bright and expressive appearance, which is especially emphasized by the new false radiator grille, headlights and lanterns.

It is noteworthy that in the top trim levels, the Hyundai i10 will be able to please the owner with cruise control, a heated multifunction steering wheel, and even tire pressure sensors. In addition, the model has six airbags, as well as a motion stabilization system.

The range of power plants includes two gasoline three-cylinder engines:

• liter unit (66 hp and 94 Nm), which replaced the 1.1-liter engine;
• 1.25-liter engine (87 hp and 120 Nm).

Both engines are equipped with a variable valve timing system and are aggregated by default with a five-speed “mechanics”. However, for a surcharge, buyers will be able to choose a quad-band “automatic”.

The release of the new Hyundai i10, which was created with an eye on the European consumer, was moved from India to Turkey.
